I have the right to decline the project

The price already included commercial prices

The client needs to discuss with me to reserve a slot

After having a agreement, Client need to pay 50% of the total price to enter order list

I accept payment through Paypal ( $ USD )and Local Bank ( Indonesia )

I will send the invoice using Paypal Invoice Service

By using Paypal Invoice Service, additional prices will be added

The client need to tell me if the invoice has been paid HALF or FULL so i can check it

After the Payment and PSD is ready to rig, i will start rig it

Refund are only 50% and only allowed if the commission is not already started, if already started I WILL NOT ACCEPT REFUND

Refund will be transfered 3 - 14 days after client cancelled the commission

The File must be in PSD. ( Photoshop Document )

I dont draw the model, So the client must provide me with the live2d model

I will not start the project until i check the file and say it can be used for rig it so DONT COMPLAIN

I will tell you twice if the PSD needs to be fixed, you can tell your artist to fix that

If you're not going to fix the PSD, i will start rig it so dont complain

Each model require 5 - 14 days for finishing the project, this starts when i begin your project

I will provide 2 revisions, additional fees apply for more revisions

I will send you updates on progress throughout the project, with videos attached

When the rigging is finished, i will send a video to client for check for revisions

If there is no revision or the revision is done, i'll deliver the files through client e-mail when the commisioned is already full paid

The client need to test the file to check the files works or not to avoid technical problems

Client are prohibited to taking credit for the work

Client are prohibited to sharing the main files ( .cmo, .can3, and .cmo3 ) to the public

Client are prohibited from using models that have been made for purposes that are detrimental to the Public, Artist and Rigger.

I have the right to use your commission as samples, i will use them to only this purposes. (if u dont want to, tell me)
